01Right of Withdrawal

Save for the exceptions set out in the legislation, customers acting as consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the establishment of the service agreement by sending a notice to info@sessanat.com.tr.

02Refund Where Performance Has Not Started

If performance of the service has not yet begun, the payment received within the scope of the withdrawal is refunded within the statutory period in a manner appropriate to the payment method used by the customer.

03Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

If performance of the service has begun before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period with the customer’s express consent, and the conditions set out in the legislation are met, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for that service.

04Other Cancellation Requests

Cancellation or amendment requests outside the above are assessed within the framework of the terms agreed for the specific project.

For other cancellations accepted by Sessanat, third-party costs actually incurred for the service — such as artist, studio or production expenses — may be taken into account.

05Defective Services

In the case of defective services or services contrary to the agreement, the consumer’s statutory rights are reserved.

06Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the bank or card account may vary according to the processing times of the relevant bank.
