2Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the payment, through sessanat.com.tr, of the fee for voice-over, studio, podcast/video podcast, recording, editing, mixing, sound design, video production or other related services previously agreed with the BUYER, and the performance of that service under the agreed terms.
The scope of the service, the delivery/performance date and the total price including taxes consist of the quotation, project details and payment screen information communicated to the BUYER before payment.
3Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the PayTR infrastructure. Card details are not stored by Sessanat.
4Performance and Delivery
The service is performed within the scope and period agreed between the parties.
Digital outputs may be delivered by e-mail, download link or online file transfer. Studio, recording or shooting services are carried out on the date and at the location agreed between the parties.
5Right of Withdrawal
Save for the exceptions set out in the legislation, a BUYER acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date the service agreement is established.
Where performance of the service begins before the end of the 14-day period with the BUYER’s express consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for that service provided the conditions set out in the legislation are met.
Provisions regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment and other statutory exceptions are reserved.
In the event of a defective service, the consumer’s statutory rights are reserved.
6Disputes
In consumer transactions, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits in force, or to the Consumer Court once the relevant legal remedies have been exhausted.
Consumer-specific provisions of consumer legislation do not apply to purchases made by persons and companies acting for commercial or professional purposes.
