01Nature of Our Services
The services provided by Sessanat are predominantly services and digital content. Unless otherwise agreed separately, no physical shipping is carried out.
02Delivery of Digital Outputs
Voice-over, recording, editing, mixing, sound design, podcast and video production outputs are delivered on the date agreed between the parties by e-mail, download link or digital file transfer.
03Studio and On-Site Services
Studio, recording or shooting services are carried out on the agreed date and at the agreed location.
04Delivery Time
The delivery or performance period is communicated to the customer in advance according to the scope of the project. If the customer does not provide the necessary script, brief, material or approvals on time, the delivery period may be extended accordingly.
