The scope of the service, the delivery/performance period and the total price including taxes are stated in the quotation/project details communicated to you and on the payment screen.

03Right of Withdrawal
Save for the exceptions set out in the legislation, customers acting as consumers may withdraw within 14 days from the establishment of the agreement.
If performance of the service begins before the end of this period with the customer’s express consent and the conditions set out in the legislation are met, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for that service.
